Branford Gaoliang Baijiu
Handmade from 100% American Sorghum, distilled by hand operated Pot Still. Only the heart of the distillate was collected during each distillation. The finished product is crystal clear, and smooth. The distillate was re-distilled five times to get the absolutely pure spirit which was diluted with spring water to 70 proof before being bottled.
